Medical Mission

June 9 – 16, 2018

If you desire to serve Jesus, that is ministry. Ministry also means going to the nations. When Jesus commanded the disciples to go into all the world, he didn’t expect that command to stop with the disciples. It is a general “You” go into all the world.

If you haven’t been on a mission trip, home or out of the United States, you must understand that command is for YOU! We have many opportunities to minister in our churches and even our work or neighborhoods. But have you thought about those people in foreign countries that may have never even heard the name “Jesus?” I’ve been there and it is an incredible opportunity to share the love of Jesus and touch lives to make a change for the better.

This June, a team from several churches will join their hands and be a blessing to the poor in the country of Guatemala. We will be bringing medicines to help heal their bodies, but more importantly, take them the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We will pray with and for them and love on the children by giving them gifts.

So many times, the team goes home being the blessed ones when they thought they were going to be a blessing. The thank-you’s that come from the elderly, the children and the mothers and fathers is overwhelming. It makes you so thankful you made the Consider taking your time and resources to a nation that has so little this summer. A passport is required, but not a visa. Estimated cost of trip: $1700
